After the deposit is made, we immediately start securing options for you. Our agents help you place bids and negotiate with landlords, and just like that, we find you the right home.

Once you’re onboarded, we help clients secure a rental property within 2 to 4 weeks.

After you sign up, one of our agents will provide a detailed checklist. Generally, we require:

• Personal information (ID, name, address)

• If you have a work contract:

  • Three recent payslips

  • Screenshot of the salary deposit (bank transaction showing salary credit)

  • Employer’s statement / employer’s declaration

• If you are self-employed (ZZP):

  • Chamber of Commerce registration (KVK registration)

  • Most recent personal income tax return (IB return)

• If you are a student:

  • Proof of enrolment at your school/university

  • A guarantor declaration from a resident in the Netherlands

  • The guarantor’s recent payslip

  • The guarantor’s valid identification (passport, ID card, or driver’s license)

We do accept guarantors. Please note that in this case, we will review a different segment within the rental market, in which rental prices typically start from €2,700 per month, which generally corresponds to at least a two-bedroom apartment.

Rental prices vary by size and location. As a guideline:

• 1-bedroom: from €2,150 per month

• 2-bedroom: from €2,700 per month

• 3+ bedrooms: from €3,000 per month
