    We begin with a personalized consultation, either on-site or via phone/video call. During this session, we discuss your objectives, review your property, and provide tailored recommendations.

    We market your property to attract qualified tenants based on your preferences, whether on major platforms like Funda or Pararius, or through smaller, targeted networks. Listings include high-quality photos and descriptions, and all candidates are vetted for identity, income, and references to ensure reliability.

  • Lease Agreement & Handover Support

    Once a tenant is selected, we prepare a legally binding rental agreement in accordance with Dutch tenancy law, available in Dutch and English. We manage the key handover, provide guidance on deposit and payment terms, and support you throughout the initial rental period to ensure a seamless start.
